OUR PHILANTHROPIES
The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders
Launched in 1976 by Vivian Meehan, ANAD is the oldest easting disorder organization in the US. It assists individuals (and their families) with finding the best resources & professional help to overcome eating disorders. Delta Phi Epsilon is the only 1 out of 26 NPC Sororities to sponsor and organization whose sole purpose is to alleviate eating disorders, and in 1985, ANAD became the third philanthropy of this sorority. The ANAD Candlelight Vigil is an event hosted by many chapters & alumnae associations each year to raise awareness.
